Factory OEM rear Cargo Cover! These will fit all 1994-1997 Honda Accord Wagons!  The color is grey. The cargo cover is in good shape no breaks or bends. Does have some dents in the sides and underside. Also some slight fraying in the covers edges. (as pictured) still noting to bad.Cover pulls out and retracts as it should (as pictured) Rare find these days.
