3000 series optional Honda radio.  Its the highest radio option for 1988-1991 Hondas for a period correct installment. Will plug and play all Hondas/Acuras from 1986-1997. Color is green. Unfortunately there is no radio code. From what im told you can get the code for the radio on various forums online and or asking your local dealership.  All buttons work as they should missing the very small fade and treble knobs (as pictured) still works without it and cant hardly notice.  This is a very very rare radio!
