Rear carpet plus lower fold down cover for all 1988-1991 Honda CRX's. Color is black and has no holes in the rear carpet. Slight tear above the mount bracket portion (as pictured)  Also some wear along the top of the cover where the tabs lock into place. (as Picture) won't be able to notice if you have the cargo cover as it sits right above it.  Includes the mounting bracket and front lower cover that still has the functional tabs for locking or folding down in place.
